This Privacy Policy describes how Tilen Zajc ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Atlas of Dragon Lexicon mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require account creation and do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly. The App may collect limited, anonymized data such as:

• Device type, operating system version, and language preference.
• Aggregated crash reports and diagnostic information via Apple's services.
• Non-identifying interaction events used to improve content discovery.

Collected data is used solely to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve App functionality and performance.
• Diagnose technical problems and fix crashes.
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to inform future updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties.

The App may rely on Apple-provided frameworks (e.g., App Store, CloudKit, TestFlight) which are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs are integrated.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data the App processes, including transport encryption (TLS) and on-device storage best practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information about you. Because the App generally does not collect personal data, most requests can be honored simply by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
